Brentwood Southern is a senior (55+) gated community with 345 home spaces. Streets are paved and have sidewalks surrounded by all desert landscaping. We have an RV storage lot available for the resident's use. We have a selected pet section in the community. Brentwood Southern has easy access to US RT 60 and all shopping and churches are within a 5-mile radius.
